Rhapsody of Fire[edit]

To avoid confusion I have undone an edit removing the distinguishing tag from the beginning of the article. I have done this for the following reasons:

  • A search of google for "rhapsody" brings up many Rhapsody of Fire pages
  • Rhapsody of Fire used to be known as Rhapsody until 2004, until a legal challenged forced them to alter their name.
  • Many fans continue to refer to Rhapsody of Fire as Rhapsody
  • Rhapsody of Fire is a significantly bigger band, so it would be understandable for many searches to be related to them
  • The Rhapsody of Fire article distinguishes itself from the Rhapsody article, so it makes sense to go the other way.

If you disagree, feel free to argue your point BEFORE removing any tag. Ultimately, however, these tags exist to help people find what they are looking for, so should not be removed for spurious reasons.Floydiac (talk) 17:56, 19 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Fair enough and supported. Evidence suggests you are correct. The following link: http://www.amazon.com/Rhapsody/dp/B000RHQ2D0 even includes "Cowboy Lover" from the Girl Group in the list of the rock band's tracks! 164.53.222.22 (talk) 00:01, 1 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
