removed nonsensical King of the Holy Roman Empire. Tried to redirect to a mose sensible article name but got edict conflict -- what's up with that? JHK

It is mainly the text of the 1911 Britannica article. Detailed information on his children has also been obtained from somewhere, perhaps the German Wikipedia. It has two portraits, one by himself and one with his wife. There are infoboxes and German kings and his offices, but an infobox for him personally needs to be added.
