Curiously, two different anon ips on successive days added the bulk of the material here in block edits, unable to ascertain if the text has origins elsewhere or not. In any event, while there's some quite good material here the article has not been stitched together properly- made a start at reorganising and standardising the citations, but needs a fair amount of work.--cjllw | TALK 08:28, 21 July 2006 (UTC)
