17 faculties? faculty 17? I don't think the person who created this page meant that there are 17 faculty members who instruct 80,000 students.

I think that information it's correct because in sana'a university there are more than 800 students attending one class and some of them sitting in the floor. So I beleive that there are 80,000 students and 17 faculties!!! —Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 17:07, 28 June 2009 (UTC)

I would like to clarify information about the 80,000 students. 80,000 is the total estimated number of graduated students since its establishment. I hope someone can clarify it in the article in a correct manner since I'm not that proffesional in English.--Email4mobile (talk) 14:29, 20 September 2009 (UTC)

17 Faculties "Faculty" means department. For example, the Faculty of Engineering would be the Department of Engineering. This is a terminology widely used outside of the United States. So the article is saying there are 17 Departments, not 17 faculty members. Jampan (talk) 12:36, 25 December 2010 (UTC)
