"until 1995, when an impromptu-pyrotechnics accident caused his drum set to ignite onstage" -- Marilyn Manson: The Spooky Kids and the early years says that it was MM who set the drum set on fire (intentionally); see the link a few details.
Question: shouldn't it be noted that SLL left because of "the tension between ... "?

According to the Wikipedia entry for Irony, "The American Heritage Dictionary’s usage panel found it unacceptable to use the word ironic to describe mere unfortunate coincidences or surprising disappointments that “suggest no particular lessons about human vanity or folly.”'
So the phrase, "Ironically, Manson forgot there was one more show left on the tour," is incorrect. Does anybody have any suggestions about what should go in it's place"
