Schlotzsky’s French Dip Sabdwich

I have loved this sandwich for several years. It was so good on the pretzel bun, I could have eaten it everyday! But since you have discontinued the pretzel bun, and put it on the sourdough bun. Well let me tell you when you dipped the French dip in the au jus on the pretzel bun the sandwich was delicious and it held up!! When you dip it in the au jus on the sourdough bun it falls apart and it tastes like cornbread. It tastes terrible. When I asked at the store if they made a mistake and put the sandwich on the wrong bread. The employee said the pretzel bun was discontinued 2 years ago. I know because for that long I have been ordering the French Dip and getting it on sourdough bread. And every time I am at home when I realize it is horrible, and not on the pretzel bun. But today I was in the restaurant and asked about it and I was told it was discontinued, and I asked if she could let corporate know the sandwich is terrible now, and they need to bring the pretzel bun back. She said there was nothing she could do, but they have had lots of complaints about this sandwich. So I said well I could let Corporate know, and she told me have a good day!! I could see she was not even going to tell her owner so he could let you know this is a Big Issue!! I did not like the employees attitude either!!
