Thank you, editors, for your improvements to this article. I was disappointed at first, considering that the topic of a Securities Turnover Excise Tax is so much in the news, and found no Wikipedia article on the topic.
I was also disheartened that nobody came by to edit this page for several weeks after creation.
Now that this article has the attention of someone, perhaps it can become improved quickly.
