Proposal to merge “self-insurance” and “self-funded health care”[edit]

There are 2 articles that cover the same subject but from somewhat different points of view. They should probably be merged to a single article with a neutral point of view. Bwrs (talk) 18:25, 17 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A rather lop-sided state of affairs. I agree that some significant reorganization is warranted, but suggest this should be to move most of the content from Self-insurance to Self-funded health care, as this is the more accurate term for the content. Then Self-insurance should be left as a stub holding the small amount of non-health-care-related material. It's a big concept worthy of separate coverage.
