Another says:

New-Age Discrimination Rules Proposed.

There is no doubt that the traditional use of hyphens is slowly dying, but I continue to resist. Just consider the difference in meaning between the two headlines, and you can see the utility and efficiency of hyphens. -- Mike Hardy
