Move article[edit]

Upon the bill's passing, the official title is "The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Bill, 2012" as seen in this copy of the text. I suggest that the article be renamed accordingly. —Zujine|talk 22:16, 18 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support The new name should be used, which is both a COMMONNAME and official name. Amartyabag TALK2ME 02:59, 19 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Criticism outdated[edit]

The criticism section mostly contains comments about the first versions of the bill, and it seems like the final version addressed at least some of the concerns. Is it beneficial to retain the past criticisms since they may have helped to shape the final version of the act? Are there still criticisms of the final version? However we shape it, there should be an update to this section of the page, it's just a matter of what works best. —Zujine|talk 22:44, 29 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

There is nothing wrong in keeping the criticisms of the first version of the Bill, however the same need to be reworded and moved to the Background section. Amartyabag TALK2ME 02:25, 30 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
