Criticism outdated[edit]

The criticism section mostly contains comments about the first versions of the bill, and it seems like the final version addressed at least some of the concerns. Is it beneficial to retain the past criticisms since they may have helped to shape the final version of the act? Are there still criticisms of the final version?
