Page restructure[edit]

To bring this page up to the standards prescribed by Wikipedia:Disambiguation and the Manual of Style, I have made the following changes:

Entries are now categorized.
Descriptions of entries have been deleted or simplified for brevity.
References to "shoelace" have been deleted.
Except for the "shoelace" entry on Denard Robinson, every other entry refers strictly to "shoestring." Complicating this disambiguation page for the sake of one entry felt awkward to me. If necessary, a separate Shoelace (disambiguation) page can be created.
Entries that are merely partial title matches have been deleted.
Relying only on my personal not-too-well-informed judgment, I deleted Holiday for Shoestrings and Sunstroke on a shoestring, but kept Shoe String Symphonettes. Editors familiar with these works should override my actions if appropriate.
