Clarity[edit]

Could someone more knowledgable perhaps flesh out this article with more words and fewer abbreviated descriptions? It's virtually impossible to even glean a coherent message unless one is intimately familiar with chess terms and notations. I thought Wikipedia was supposed to be a little more for the general public? 209.6.192.104 (talk) 21:11, 24 May 2013 (UTC)zacmea[reply]

White moves 8 and 9[edit]

I expanded the commentary on White's options on moves 8 and 9 using the references listed. Burgess suggests that 8.Re1 Bc5 is good for Black as White's f2 is weak. As often happens, MCO-14 and NCO don't recommend the same lines. NCO evaluates 8.Qe2 Ng4 as being in Black's favor, but MCO-14 has it as its main line. If any of these evaluations are flawed we should fix them.

Siberian link at end[edit]

A nice site, and very chessic. But I couldn't easily find any content connecting to the opening trap discussed in the wiki article.
