Polish refugees in Romania[edit]

During WWII, a Polish refugee lived at my great-grandfather's farm in southern Romania. I know that many refugees crossed through Romania, but I wonder how many stayed here during the whole war. bogdan (talk) 16:31, 1 May 2013 (UTC)

Good question; there may be some sources in Polish or Romanian. There is also an article about Poles in Romania that badly needs development. Also, it so happens just a few days ago a good source was released (I think dual language, in Polish and Romanian), check out uchodźcy w Rumunii 1939–1947. Dokumenty z Narodowych Archiwów Rumunii / Refugiaţii polonezi în România 1939–1947. Documente din Arhivele Naţionale ale României, t. 1, cz. 1 i 2. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 02:19, 2 May 2013 (UTC)

Tourism?[edit]

Should this article be in the category tourism? While it is obviously not tourism in the traditional meaning, it is a notable term using that word, and may be worth including as an example of "the use of word tourism in propaganda". Thoughts? --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 02:21, 2 May 2013 (UTC)

No, no more than Tour de France or Knight's tour, which are also notable terms using the word not in the meaning of the category. Similarly Category: Indian actors shouldn't contain American Indian actors, and Category:Bears shouldn't contain Bear (gay culture), and ... --GRuban (talk) 03:07, 2 May 2013 (UTC)
