Any mention of the allegations raised against Page cannot be included until a successful conviction against him has been secured and reported by reliable sources, per policy.

Whether or not to include on the Clarence page is debatable, but there is no reason to not include it here. The discussion at BLP involved 2 editors, so it does not count as a consensus. WP:BLP says to consider not including info unless they're convicted. It does not say to not include it. Even if it turns out to not be true, it is still notable because it is the reason why he was fired. The article says "allegedly". It does not say that it is true. Take a look at WP:BLPCRIME for me. Allegedly is covered under BLPcrime as well. For relatively unknown people, editors must seriously consider not including material in any article suggesting that the person has committed, or is accused of committing, a crime unless a conviction is secured. Really, the only important thing is that he's fired. We can't cast aspersions of accuse somebody of 'allegedly' doing a crime due to BLP. Imagine if we did that. "X allegedly robbed a bank" or 'Y allegedly raped a girl'. It's just messy and we should err on the side of caution. Tutelary (talk) 15:17, 13 September 2014 (UTC)

It says consider. And I have considered not including. But it makes no sense. Every single source that mentions the firing says it was because of the sexual assault allegations. Without including the allegations, the article is incomplete because it does not explain why he was fired. Can you show me another example of something as relevant and as sourced as this being left out of any article in the past? JDDJS (talk) 01:32, 14 September 2014 (UTC)

I am going to try to make this very simple. We are not going to say that he allegedly sexually assaulted someone without a conviction or even a criminal charge. What is put on Wikipedia is very influential to the real world and that's why we have BLP. One such example would be Barrack Obama's supposed birth certificate controversy and Zoe Quinn's personal affairs. In any case, that's the other stuff exists argument. There are differentiating circumstances between pages and they have to be evaluated on their measure. In this case, there are several. There was a BLPN discussion where an administrator endorsed the removal of that content, as well as on this page there have been many people who also opposed the content. It is a BLP violation to state someone who's relatively unknown is accused or committed a crime without evidence that is the case. The fact that he is accused of a crime is extremely relevant. Every single recent news about him has been about the accusation. He didn't even have an article before this. But this conversation is going to go nowhere if it's just the two of us. It seems clear that you're not going to change your mind, and I have no shame in admitting that nothing could ever change my mind about the fact this belong in the article. So in order to remove the stalemate, I am going to post about this in the BLP noticeboard, so that more editors will participate. If several editors participate in a discussion (and not just two like last time) I promise to accept whatever consensus is reached, and I hope that you will do the same. In the Career section where it says "In June 2014, Emily Partridge, a storyboard artist on Adventure Time that had worked with Page, made a series of tweets alleging that he had sexually assaulted her," can someone replace Lyle's deadname with their current name as well as their old pronouns since they go by they/them pronouns?
