If there are acronyms inside and article they should have the definition or at least links to the definition. In this article there is currently "SLA's" and VM neither of which has their meaning. I have no idea what "SLA's" stand for and I am assuming VM stands for Virtual Machine though I am not sure?

Service level agreement but YES, this article needs be rewritten from marketing-speak into English. W Nowicki (talk) 23:28, 7 November 2013 (UTC)
