[edit]There has been some confusion as to the necessity of this page, which I would like to clear up. "Speech Team" may, to my knowledge, refer to either debate or individual events (although it is admittedly more often used to refer to an individual events team). It may even sometimes refer to congress. Speech is an umbrella term that houses more specialized disciplines, and therefore the disambiguation page is a necessity. That said... as I think about it, if enough people think that this disambiguation page is not needed, it could be changed to redirect to 'Individual Events'. "Speech Team" most closely refers to Individual Events competition, since a debate group would most likely be referred to as a "Debate Team". Stewunit 01:15, 28 May 2007 (UTC)
