- @Keomike: I asked myself exactly the same question when I came across this article. It seems to be a failed translation from the German "sowohl städtische als auch ländliche Prägungen", which I somewhat loosely translated to "both urban and rural areas". I reviewed the entire text to make it closer in meaning to the German original. I decided to change "township" to "municipality" because townships don't always have municipal functions, but it is possible that "township" is more idiomatic for the specific Austrian context, so I wouldn't mind if someone changes it back.
