name[edit]

I feel that this should be located at "St. Ninian's High School" because the name does not use "Saint". However another school is located at St. Ninian's High School so I've added a link from that page above the introduction to this one. Somebody needs to clean up the fairly poor grammar and language in this article. I'll try when I have time. Also references for the article can be found on the Isle of Man Government's website or the school's own website if that's allowed (not sure if I can use the school's own website for referencing this article?). The article is also poorly linked from other articles. I've linked to here from the Onchan and Douglas pages but more work is needed - i.e. from the general Isle of Man page and an 'Education in the Isle of Man' if such an article exists. A picture would be useful and the school motto. There was a motto when I was at the school but it may have changed by now.--217.203.156.14 (talk) 19:14, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I've added the number of students enrolled (1333). The source for this was http://www.tes.co.uk/JobDetailsbronze.aspx?ac=2898783&qry=parametrics%3DJOBCATEGORYCODE%7C10613%26PageNo%3D1&cur=1&rslt=1&UK=false but I am never able to add sources to Wikipedia articles (it really is difficult - I've tried millions of times. Someone needs to make it easier!=.--217.203.156.14 (talk) 19:20, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

food[edit]

There is actually rellay no information about how people eat at the school, it shuold say that what they eat is... and theyn say what they eat. 12:57, 21 January 2014 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.16.13.191 (talk)

There are lots of things we could say about the school: what time classes are, what people wear, the most common first names of students, etc. Much of this would be trivial. Generally, we decide whether or not something is trivial by whether or not independent reliable sources have reported on it. Unless sources that are independent of the school have talked about what people eat at the school, there's really nothing for us to add. - SummerPhD (talk) 00:47, 22 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
you could add what food they sell. 217.28.11.157 (talk) 17:13, 22 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Unless there is coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the school, this would be trivial. - SummerPhD (talk) 17:37, 22 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Don't you mean there's research about the school selling food, you got your words mixed up. 217.28.7.185 (talk) 19:21, 25 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It would be good it they put what food they sell. 87.254.64.63 (talk) 19:14, 29 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Do you have a reliable source? - SummerPhD (talk) 06:59, 30 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Less needs to be said about the food situation. You people need to understand that without source, there can be no food information. Did you not understand it when it was said upon to you this ten times. You must not confusion, and instead believe in the truth that you have been shown. There can be no food information, NEVER! Because food information is bad, instead informations of the stairs and shoes will be given. Please you for coming, also thank me for my HORRIFIC English. 46.226.188.55 (talk) 22:34, 11 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
