Name[edit]

In UK General Practice the commoner used term, in my experience, is "Varicose Eczema" see NHS Direct Online Health Encyclopaedia - Eczema (varicose). Google (yes I know its a poor scientific/medical source) gives "stasis dermatitis"=60,900, "varicose dermatitis"=328, "varicose eczema"=16,800 hits. Whereas the "more respectible" PubMed gives "stasis dermatitis"=125, "varicose dermatitis"=2 and "varicose eczema"=20 David Ruben Talk 02:41, 3 September 2006 (UTC)

Is the ad in the last few lines of the article really necessary? 130.102.42.97 05:52, 11 August 2007 (UTC)

It seems inappropriate, so I removed it. After all, it wasn't sourced. rewinn (talk) 04:54, 1 August 2008 (UTC)
