On 22 July 1944 the KRN together with the Union of Polish Patriots (ZPP) formed a new governmental structure, the Polish Committee of National Liberation (Polski Komitet Wyzwolenia Narodowego, PKWN) in the newly liberated Lublin province
- Not any KRN but Joseph Stalin
- Not in the Lublin province but in Moscow
- Lublin was liberated on August 1
