This article is within the scope of WikiProject Law, an attempt at providing a comprehensive, standardised, pan-jurisdictional and up-to-date resource for the legal field and the subjects encompassed by it.
This article would be twenty times more comprehensible with a map showing the various referenced territories. —Preceding unsigned comment added by ACW (talk • contribs) 23:30, 27 October 2010 (UTC)
I encourage you to find some public domain maps of this issue. Go and do! - Tim1965 (talk) 13:39, 28 October 2010 (UTC)
I'm not sure if this is intended as a complaint, Tim. Surely one can make a suggestion one doesn't feel qualified to implement?ACW (talk) 21:03, 29 October 2010 (UTC)
I'm not taking it as a complaint or criticism, but rather as a positive suggestion. But I think you are qualified to find a public domain one in a library, scan it, and upload it. Or, perhaps, find one on Commons (there are lots of maps of the territorial development of the U.S. over there). I think any contributor is qualified. - Tim1965 (talk) 00:47, 30 October 2010 (UTC)
