Hinchliffe was an accountant for Sheffield Twist Drill

The Norwich Union building he refurbished was 132,000sq ft [trivia?]

He sold computer company Data Memories to Lynx Holdings Plc. (this is supported by a snippet in Investors Chronicle, Volume 89, Financial Times Business Pub, 1989)
Other information was seemingly attempting to excuse the actions of Hinchliffe and Facia, and does not need repeating here.
