A long name[edit]

I removed the claim that Strongylocentrotus droebachiensis "has the longest genus-species names in the animal kingdom". The longest name actually belongs to Parastratiosphecomyia stratiosphecomyioides (a soldier fly). The ITIS database lists 113 animals that have longer names than Strongylocentrotus droebachiensis. Distribution map incorrect[edit]

The distribution map is incorrect - S. drobachiensis extends south to at least Cape Cod (formerly New Jersey, but perhaps not recently). I don't have the time to figure out how to revise the map accordingly - perhaps someday.... 05:30, 24 February 2014 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jedgold (talkcontribs)
