Swansea is probably not notable. Gammett and Paher's "Nevada Post Offices: An Illustrated History" do not list a post office at Swansea. Paher's "Nevada Ghost Towns and Mining Camps" has only one paragraph about it. So, I redirected the page over to Treasure Hill (White Pine County, Nevada)#Swansea.
