Close paraphrase and other problems[edit]

This article appears to be a close paraphrasing of the middle section of http://lifeboat.com/papers2/william.e.halal.doc. Furthermore, it appears to be part of a promotional effort for the TechCast project (see the contributions of User:Lizzle0909). -- ArglebargleIV (talk) 03:31, 15 December 2009 (UTC)

Plain wrong[edit]

"Experts may have their own bias, but it is usually distributed normally, washing out in the aggregate results."

So if experts reckon there are a million cents in the dollar (mean 1m, sd 3 cents, normal distribution) by this argument they would be correct. All that "washes out" is their bias compared with the other experts, which is tautologous. Rich Farmbrough, 01:25, 6 February 2010 (UTC).
