Need two separate articles[edit]

There should really be a separate article for The Legend of Sleepy Hollow (Disney film), as the film is a separate and distinct entity which has no relation whatsoever to The Wind in the Willows. LOSH has been available as a separate entity since 1958. The fact that the two divergent movies were originally glommed together should not deny this separate film its separate and rightful article, since it was removed from its strange bedfellow in 1958 (9 years later). Someone should post an ad about the differences between the books and the movies! Aslan10000 —Preceding undated comment added 04:54, 25 December 2009 (UTC).

Additional information - Characters[edit]

Cyril Proudbottom, the shire horse who is Toad's travelling companion, is based on the voice (and to some degree the apperarance) of Lancashire comedian George Formby, who made several films in the 30s. see IMDd trivia and POPULAR PICTURES OF THE HOLLYWOOD 1940s by John Howard Reid, sampled on PeterHale (talk) 13:36, 8 November 2011 (UTC)
