Image copyright problem with Image:Livanov.jpg[edit]

Altering the title on Censorship and changing a few sentences[edit]

I have changed the name of the section into "Difference from the original title" and changed a few sentences. Whoever quoted the website have written from not a neutral point of view. I have made the section more ballansed. Before starting to accuse me of trolling, read the Russian wiki page on this and also read the source made reference to.
