GO Transit Regional Express Rail (split)[edit]

I would like to split the section GO Transit Regional Express Rail to a separate article. The section is getting rather long for an article that is essentially a project summary. I could call the new article GO Transit Regional Express Rail (the current section name) or GO Regional Express Rail, a redirect pointing to the section used by other articles to link to the topic. Are there any comments? Which of the 2 suggested names is preferred? @Ground Zero: @Natural RX: @Radagast: @Secondarywaltz: TheTrolleyPole (talk) 19:59, 4 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Comment: Since this will be operated by GO Transit, or will simply be an increase of their existing services, I think the choice is obvious. Secondarywaltz (talk) 20:53, 4 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I second that. --Natural RX 21:09, 4 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Just for clarification, may I interpret the above comments to mean that I may split the section to a new article named: GO Transit Regional Express Rail? TheTrolleyPole (talk) 21:27, 4 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Just for clarification, you may also dance naked at centre ice, but you're probably not that bold. Secondarywaltz (talk) 21:56, 4 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
In other words, BE BOLD! We've got you covered. Secondarywaltz (talk) 22:32, 4 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Done. TheTrolleyPole (talk) 23:45, 5 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Would it be fair?[edit]

If the plan was published in 2008, then a 15 year timeline would be 2023 ... can I add that to the table? Could we evaluate how many of the projects are underway? I'd like to add a column to the tab for statusFeldercarb (talk) 02:34, 18 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, I think this would be a good addition. Something along the lines of the Twenty-eight by '28 page would fit IMO. Sbb618 (talk) 08:36, 25 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Regional vs Express Rail[edit]

What's the diff? In the table, we have "regional" and "express" as separate items. In the text below, we have "regional express". Confusing. Could we link to something that would explain itFeldercarb (talk) 02:28, 18 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
