Writing about fiction - In-universe perspective should not be used when writing about fiction. In-universe perspective includes plots framed as biographies and the birth and death dates of fictional characters. Instead, use perspective of the real world.

I shouldn't have to open a talk page discussion about this, but in these edits  an editor using Fremont and Pemberville Ohio IPs has made a point to mention that "Mary Kay Bergman voiced Timmy Turner when she was still alive." I've twice removed "when she was still alive" as pointless commentary; obviously she can't voice a character after she died. Not sure why the editor added that back in, but unless they have an explanation and/or a compromise, it doesn't belong here. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 19:30, 16 April 2015 (UTC)
