POV and lack of clarity?[edit]

"On January 11, 1967, the band conquered London when they appeared at The Bag O'Nails nightclub." Does this mean that the group "ruled" the city after this appearance? As much as I admire the JHE this seems like fan speak to me.

"In attendance that night were John Lennon, Ringo Starr, Brian Epstein, Lulu, the Hollies, Small Faces, Pete Townshend, John Entwistle, Mick Jagger, Brian Jones, Donovan, Georgie Fame, Denny Laine, Terry Reid, Jeff Beck, and Eric Clapton, who rarely missed any of Hendrix's London gigs." Are all these folks the ones who "rarely missed any of Hendrix's London gigs"? The sentence is vague in this respect and needs some clean up. I would like to offer a line to The Jimi Hendrix Experience after the line Hendrix chose Redding because of his attitude towards music and his hairstyle.to read Hendrix chose Redding because of his attitude towards music and his hairstyle. Redding introduced Mitchel as his unemployed friend. When revealed as unemployed, not unemployed musician Hendrix said "It's ok I'll teach them both to play". The last tour: Often VS. Sometimes "the Jimi Hendrix Experience"[edit]

While Jimi Hendrix and bandmates went on the last tour (The Cry of Love Tour) this article states that

"The group itself was referred to as "Jimi Hendrix" and sometimes the "Jimi Hendrix Experience"."

However, the The Cry of Love Tour article states in contradiction

"... the trio of Hendrix, Mitch Mitchell (drums) and Billy Cox (bass) was often billed as "the Jimi Hendrix Experience"."

This RfC concerns the use of the word "The" in band names in parentheses in the titles of articles about songs and albums. Further elaboration can be found on that discussion page.
