Pooh's Hunny Hunt[edit]

What happened to the article for this attraction the link for it is gone from the bottom of the page and I think the article for it should be restored. trainfan01 —Preceding undated comment added 01:53, 6 May 2010 (UTC).[reply]

I totally agree--TimothyJacobson (talk) 16:20, 26 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Well I can see now that the article has been restored back as a seperate article. trainfan01 —Preceding undated comment added 04:02, 2 June 2010 (UTC).[reply]

Not even close to neutral[edit]

This article needs some serious work to tone down the language ... way too much point-of-view posturing, especially regarding the Magic Kingdom version of the attraction. Was about to delete the entire section, but wanted to at least get the discussion started here first. --McDoobAU93 01:45, 15 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure what exactly you see is wrong with it. Could you expand your concern?--JOJ Hutton 12:52, 10 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Had totally forgotten about this, since it was posted over four years ago ... ;)
To answer the question, the first few sentences of the second paragraph discuss fan displeasure with losing Mr. Toad's Wild Ride and it being replaced with Pooh. None of this is cited, and it's also entirely possible there were fans who didn't like Toad and wanted Pooh instead, so we're showing one POV and not the other.

Looks like a citation issue. I found a real good one that explains what happened, but apparently the web site is on the infamous Wikipedia "Blacklist" and it wouldn't let me use it. There are several other web sites that discuss what happened, but I'm not sure just how reliable they are from a Wikipedia stand point. One talked I out the fact that Disney shut down the ride with very little warning, which didn't give fans a chance to make plans for a final ride. There were also web sites that discussed the reasoning behind the closure and why Disney thought it made sense to replace the ride. JOJ Hutton 20:56, 10 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Looking at the history, I think the problematic parts of the circa-2011 version of the article have been largely fixed. The section on the introduction of the ride at The Magic Kingdom is now both better-cited and less POV/OR-sounding. Accordingly, I'm going to go ahead and remove the banner. Image duplication[edit]

The infobox image is duplicated in the "Disneyland" section. Can different image be found for the Disneyland section, to avoid redundancy? 78.26 (I'm no IP, talk to me!) 23:24, 21 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed the duplicate for now. Themeparkgc  Talk  00:07, 26 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
