First of all: I am NOT the author of this article. Now then: This page is not unambiguously promotional, because it has a good idea in mind, it just needs cleanup to become encyclopedic. I will help with a rewrite if I can/am wanted to. --Libertarians Will Rule (talk) 15:15, 24 August 2011 (UTC)
- The first order of business would be to show that the Foundation has been the subject of non-trivial reliable sources not affiliated in any way with MasterCard. (Given that it's sponsored by MasterCard, such references shouldn't be too hard to find.) Second, any promotional statement, that is, anything meant to show how good an idea this is, is to be left out of the article. Any section titled "Vision" and "Mission" is frowned on here. Past achievements may be mentioned as long as they have been mentioned non-trivially by third-party sources such as major newspapers. But most important, given that you are "not the author," please take care not to violate any copyright. -- Blanchardb -Me•MyEars•MyMouth- timed 15:42, 24 August 2011 (UTC)

This page should not be speedy deleted because it is written in an unbiased manner and is no different than other comprable pages like: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_%26_Melinda_Gates_Foundation. It is also not sponsored by MasterCard WorldWide. It received an intial endowment from MWW but is now an independent and private organization. --22.214.171.124 (talk) 15:55, 24 August 2011 (UTC)
- Calling the partners "innovative" is not what I call unbiased. I've cleaned up the article, and now it's unbiased. -- Blanchardb -Me•MyEars•MyMouth- timed 16:22, 24 August 2011 (UTC)
