This article says that the replica of Tokyo Sky Tree is over 26 meters tall. However, it is said to be 634 meters, and that divided by 25 (the scale of the park) gives 25.36 meters. 26 meters multiplied with 25 gives 650 meters. Is this a miscalculation? 82.141.118.32 (talk) 16:17, 16 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Does anyone really ever look on these talk pages? Apparently not. 82.141.125.215 (talk) 19:25, 11 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

In the same sentence, there is also stated that WTC replica was 19.95 meters. 19.95 multiplied with 25 is 498.75 meters. However, it should be 21.05 meters (with spire, 526 m) or 16.68 meters (without spire, 417 m). So it seems that they are not using the correct heights. Or something else is wrong. 82.141.125.215 (talk) 19:32, 11 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Mostly only people who care about articles will ever read Talk pages. Often they are alerted to new changes from their Watchlist page. You don't have an account so you probably don't know what I am talking about. If you don't get a response, it could be due to many reasons, one of them being that people don't know what to do about your questions. I am not an expert in miniature models. But it appears to me that these structures are all close to stated scale. Does it really bother you so much that there is a relatively small discrepancy? If so, you could investigate and perhaps correct these tables if you have correct references. Fred Hsu (talk) 20:34, 11 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Oh then, nobody cares about this article besides me? Actually they are not very close to the scale.
Looking at the source, there is not over 26 meters, but only at 26 meters. And strange sentence there: Because it is so tall, "we measured again and again to confirm that the scale size was correct," said Yukio Nemoto, a spokesperson for the Tobu World Square. Well, the scale in that model is actually 24.4, not 25. And the scale in the WTC model is either 26.4 (with spire) or 20.9 (without spire). The Tokyo Sky Tree is somehow close, but I would not say the same about the WTC model. Hey, the difference is at least 1.1 meter in a 19.95 m model! 85.217.42.202 (talk) 07:54, 14 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
