Translation[edit]

This is a terrible translation! 69.140.155.161 20:50, 26 December 2006 (UTC)mrose[reply]

Indeed, someone just ran it through Google's translator and put it on here. If I knew French, I'd do a translation for it but alas, I don't speak the language. albrozdude 23:09, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Article clean-up[edit]

I've just performed a clean-up of this article, mainly to fix the translation readability issues that have already been identified. Instead of trying to translate the broken text verbatim I rewrote large parts of it. I also added references and sections. Hopefully this can be a foundation onto which more can be built. --Careax 06:38, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A half admitted fake[edit]

M. Nicolai (and it's the right spelling of his name) half-admitted that all this was a joke to his wife that has gone out of his control, as soon as she called the gendarmes making of this an "official" affair involving french police services ; therefore, he wasn't unable to admit the hoax ; he half-admitted it in a famous french TV Show, "Ciel mon mardi", in 1989. A detailed and documented skeptikal analysis : http://www.zetetique.fr/divers/OvniDuCnes_chapitre13.pdf [fr]

The TV show : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jKNs5QOxK70 [fr]

I'm not a skeptikal-integrist, but real cases loose of their credibility with such cases. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.69.159.202 (talk) 14:24, 26 July 2014 (UTC) \[reply]

The 5th reference is now a link which while not dead, does not lead to the post it was suggesting, that post has now gone.Chantern15 (talk) 04:38, 27 August 2021 (UTC)Chantern15[reply]
