Can anyone provide a source for this agreement? I am having an incredibly difficult time identifying this treaty in history texts, and its existence seems dubious.

The full text of the treaty is contained at [1]. Not sure if this can be used as a source, and it also does not say that the Soviet Union wanted it to prevent the rapprochement. Take it for what you will. Bpogi 03:20, 4 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
