Text copied from Trichuris trichiura[edit]

On 5 April 2011, the "Dog and cat whipworms" section (now section "In domestic animals") was added by copying text directly from Trichuris trichiura. There was no edit summary, but the text matches the text present on the Trichuris trichiura page that day. The page text itself was copied, not the underlying code, which is why the references were missing. So, I've copied the missing references from the Trichuris trichiura to this page. I've removed the duplicated text from the Trichuris trichiura page, since it's not relevant to that species. (This was too long to explain in an edit summary).
