Second body[edit]

It wasn't connected, but it was the body of a British caver who had died as a result of an accidental fall and was discovered a week later. I'll try to add something tonight to mention it. David | Talk 09:36, 6 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Dead man as agent?[edit]

A fine article, but a bit too certain, I'm afraid - Germany's intelligence records were captured by the Allies after the war and they simply don't support the claim that the dead man was an agent. There doesn't seem to be any firm corroboration of that claim. I've reworded it a bit (and the DYK page) to make that clearer. -- ChrisO 18:32, 7 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Name of the article[edit]

Is it Trow Ghyll, or Trow Gill (as the cavern is called in the text of the article)? Needs to be one or t'other, not both. Ericoides (talk) 09:25, 26 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have an intense dislike of the word 'ghyll'. It was first used by Wordsworth to add a bit of romanticism to names (See here). The OS map has it spelt Trow GILL. --Langcliffe (talk) 10:05, 5 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
