To Honor the men who perished
This post is to honor Bill Carter and the ten other men who perished aboard the USCGC Cuyahoga on October 20, 1978. William “Bill” Carter is the brother of Kate Carter-Lemon who was a 1981 gradute of Denbigh High School in Newport News, VA. I hope I can speak for our class and say that we our sorry for your lose and the lives of all the other men and women who have lost their lives serving out country.
