Good point. That's a bit too poetic for an encyclopedia. I have seen writers describe buildings as having "witnessed" events in history, but we should avoid getting that literary. I changed it to the more prosaic "was present for". ·:·Will Beback·:· 07:52, 24 October 2008 (UTC)
Some Metric conversions in Infobox are wrong
