Mark Lowenthal[edit]

For those of us outside the intelligence community, what is his position/role in the budget? His name is used in the budget cycle. --MartinezMD (talk) 03:08, 13 January 2010 (UTC)

A lesson in patience - a year later someone made a page. MartinezMD (talk) 08:56, 9 January 2011 (UTC)

Secret budget?[edit]

Could someone add a clarification to this article how the budget can be secret? The intelligence budget should be possible to work out since we know the tax receipts, the deficit and the approprations to unclassified uses. Where in the budget does the NIP budget appear? The money has got to come from somewhere. Jacob Lundberg (talk) 21:18, 3 May 2011 (UTC)
