Is there any current sort of information? or a discussion of the style of marching/music they like possible? Have they recorded themselves at all? Just a bit of history isn't that great. --Rocksanddirt 16:03, 17 August 2007 (UTC)
- I added a bit of leadership info to it as well. There is plenty of info out there for the band. If any current band members or staff run across this article (since it is only about a day old at this point) maybe they can help expand it to include current information. Looking at some of the other band pages for SEC schools (linked down at the bottom) gives me some ideas of ways to expand it in the future if no one else gets to it. - I agree it's not the best article. I just wanted to get a stub on here so maybe someone would build on it. I have no ties to the band or the school; just trying to fill gaps in the Marching Band project. Cardsplayer4life, are all of your additions from just the two sources? Also, we need to be careful about copyright violations in the text. →Wordbuilder 16:53, 17 August 2007 (UTC)
What are the typical divisions among instruments that they normally use (Clarinet I, II, III or just I & II)? Is there any kind of that information available to add to the article? 220.127.116.11 (talk) 19:50, 22 August 2008 (UTC)
Who is Drew Bigham?
No mention of W. Dale Warren?
Warren was director of the band when I was in the band from 1995 - 1997, and continued on for many years. He was after Janzen, and before Gunter. According to the U of A website, Warren is still the director of concert bands at the U of A.
Gunter was often referred to endearingly as "Tiny Tim" due to his stature and passing resemblance to comedian Tim Conway. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 18.104.22.168 (talk) 16:10, 11 September 2015 (UTC)
