Done. I was unable either to verify or refute it, so I added the tag. (In case anyone is interested, Ny-Ålesund (possibly the northernmost town on Earth) has a recorded record high of 11. Alert, Nunavut (the northernmost permanent settlement) has gotten as warm as 20. The record for the North Pole is 13.) RivertorchFIREWATER 02:21, 31 March 2017 (UTC)
