EPSi and CarePort Health sales[edit]

Part of an edit requested by an editor with a conflict of interest has been implemented.

Information to be added: Add a new section titled “EPSi and CarePort Health sales” that reflects the company’s recent sales of businesses.

EPSi and CarePort Health sales

Allscripts closed two significant business transactions in 2020, both of its EPSi and CarePort businesses.

In October 2020, Allscripts sold its EPSi business, a provider of financial decision support and planning tools for hospitals and health systems, to Strata Decision Technology for $365 million. [1][2][3]

Then, in December 2020, Allscripts closed the sale of its care coordination business, CarePort Health, to Wellsky for $1.35 billion. [4][5][6] CarePort’s solutions help hospitals and post-acute care providers coordinate and transition patients through various settings of care.

Explanation of issue: The page does not reflect the two most recent, notable sales of business.
