VLDB Challenges[edit]

I've added a VLDB Challenges section .... and some structure underneath it. It's currently uncited (though it is picking come concepts from the underlying references we already have). This is a general approach of do something ... see how it looks, rework and maybe even completely rewrite and replace it with something better. Don may have assumed database growth implies more users accessing it ... which may not be always true ... That said bigger Data warehouse more access required
