Court violates Equal Protection Clause in US?[edit]
I'd like to see in the article someday if a challenge and news article comes along that "veterans' courts" violate the Equal Protection Clause of the US constitution and state constitutions because it creates a privileged access to the court system that non-veterans don't have, and further could subject those prosecutors and judges who allow such courts to be charged with criminal complaints under Title 18, Sections 241 and 242, conspiracy to deny rights and deprivation of rights under color of law. 5Q5 (talk) 13:37, 9 March 2015 (UTC)
