Stub?[edit]

This article does not meet the guidelines for being a stub as per WP:Stub. Can someone please explain why they think it should still be a stub. An expand tag would be the appropriate tag --- Skapur 16:44, 10 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have re-rated the article as per WP:USRD/A and it is definitely not a stub. It is even better than a start. Please re-read the criteria in WP:USRD/A. Also WP:Stub and WP:USRD/A do not contradict but support each other --- Skapur 12:15, 13 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Why northbound to southbound?[edit]
