Montana: the relevant quote is here: "One recommendation Schweitzer said the state will follow is joining the Western Regional Climate Action Initiative, a collaboration of several Western states to address global warming issues."[1]

That's certainly an announcement of an intent to join.IdiotSavant (talk) 23:24, 10 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The CEO of CARB James Goldstene

[edit]

I removed:

The CEO of CARB James Goldstene, is also listed as the Chairman of the Board of WCI Inc. and the head of the auction oversight group. - See more at: http://calwatchdog.com/2012/10/23/cap-and-trade-manipulation-leads-to-wci-inc/#sthash.g9zrPDbB.dpuf

As near as I can tell, JG was never CEO, as CARB doesn't have one. He does appear to have been an EO once [2], but not any more [3].

Given that, and the slightly dodgy nature of the crit source, I've removed it to here William M. Connolley (talk) 18:18, 19 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
