Whitefish vs. white fish[edit]

Neither OED nor Merriam-Webster supports the two-word form of "whitefish"; both use the one-word form for the generic usage and for the specific usages (e.g., Coregonus species). —Tkinias 23:29, 27 Dec 2004 (UTC)
