Anson[edit]

Does this information really belong in this article about Whitestown? I ask this for two reasons:

As far as I can tell, this new land development is not inside of the town boundaries of Whitestown. "Whitestown" may be the city listed on the postal addresses for new houses in this development, however "A ZIP code's address and the "city" name written on the same line do not necessarily mean that that address is within that city." (from Zip Code)
While this information is sourced, it does seem to read like an advertisement and the information about Anson Mills also seems to fail the notability guidelines.
