Black [cap initial letter] or black[edit]

Let's start this talk page with a question of form. Should it be "American blacks' or 'American Blacks'? I know the capitalization is the present politically correct way, but I would appreciate discussion on this point. --Dumarest 19:36, 4 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
